1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SMS Bridge, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. The Service

SMS Bridge provides a platform enabling AI agents to access your SMS messages in a controlled and secure manner through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

3. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Must be 18 or older to use the service

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the service solely for lawful purposes:

• Extracting personal information (invoices, deliveries, verification codes)
• Personal task automation
• Personal data analysis

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for:

• Accessing others' messages without permission
• Violating laws or regulations
• Sending spam or malicious content
• Attempting to breach or harm the system
• Selling or transferring access to third parties

6. Agents & Permissions

• You are responsible for setting appropriate permissions for each agent
• We recommend limiting agents to only the information they need
• Revoking agent access takes effect immediately
• Audit logs record all accesses

7. Subscription Plans

Free Plan:

• 1 agent
• 30-day retention
• 10,000 messages per month

Pro Plan:

• Unlimited agents
• 365-day retention
• Unlimited messages
• Advanced filters and CSV export

8. Payments & Refunds

• Payments processed through Stripe
• Billing is monthly or annually
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through the dashboard
• Refunds: Calculated pro-rata for unused days

9. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for damages caused by disruptions

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts in the following cases:

• Violation of terms of service
• Suspicious or illegal activity
• Non-payment (paid plans)

11. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service, including:

• Loss of information or data
• Work disruptions
• Decisions made based on information from the service

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be sent via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is with the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
