SMS Bridge provides secure AI agent access to your SMS messages. We are committed to protecting your privacy and securing your information.

2. Information Collection

Information You Provide:

• Email address and password (for user account)
• SMS messages synced from your Android device
• Agent configurations and permissions

Automatically Collected Information:

• Audit logs of agent actions
• Access times and IP addresses (for security only)

3. Use of Information

We use your information solely for:

• Providing SMS access service
• Account authentication and management
• Creating security audit logs
• Service improvement

4. Encryption & Security

• Encryption at Rest: All SMS messages are encrypted in the database using AES-256-GCM
• Per-User Encryption Keys: Each user has a unique data encryption key (DEK) wrapped by the Worker master key
• Server-Side Decryption: Messages are decrypted server-side only when an authorized agent queries within your defined scopes
• Secure Transmission: All communication occurs over HTTPS

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. Your information remains encrypted in our database and accessible only to agents you create with the permissions you define.

6. Data Retention

• Free Plan: 30-day retention
• Pro Plan: Up to 365-day retention
• Messages older than your retention period are automatically deleted
• You may delete your account at any time, permanently removing all your data

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• Access your information through the dashboard
• Edit or delete agents and permissions
• Revoke agent access at any time
• Permanently delete your account and data
• Export your data (CSV)

8. Minors

The service is intended for users over 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Policy Changes

We will notify you of material changes to this privacy policy via your email or through the dashboard.
